Is there a minimum spend or job volume?
No. We don't lock you into monthly minimums. Use the account as much or as little as you need.
How much discount / commission will I get?
Rates are agreed on a per-partner basis and depend on your business type and expected volume. We'll discuss it when we review your application — most trade partners sit in the 10–20% discount or 10–15% referral commission range.
How quickly will my application be approved?
Usually within 1–2 working days. We may call to confirm business details before approval.
How are statements and invoices sent?
By email, as PDFs. You can also download them anytime from your trade portal.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are net 14 days from statement date for discount accounts. Referral commission is paid out monthly, after your customer has settled their invoice.
Do you cover areas outside London?
We primarily serve London and the M25 corridor, but we go further for established trade partners. Just ask.
What vehicles do you work on?
All major makes and models — from VW, BMW, Mercedes and Audi to Ford, Vauxhall, Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Peugeot, Citroen, Land Rover, Jaguar and more. If it's got a key, we probably cover it.
Can I have both account types?
Yes — some partners use discount accounts for their own direct work and refer excess leads to us for commission. We'll set it up to match how you operate.
Do you sign a trade agreement?
Yes. Once approved, we issue a short Trade Partner Agreement covering pricing, terms, warranty and liability. You e-sign it in the portal and you're ready to go.
